1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to DotzLink (“DotzLink”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DotzLink website, mobile applications, software, services, and any related content (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, seniors, caregivers, partners, and any other individuals or entities accessing the Services.

2. Eligibility and Scope of Use

You may use the Services only if:
  • You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law; and
  • Your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Services are intended to support fraud awareness, monitoring, and prevention. DotzLink does not provide financial, legal, medical, or law-enforcement services.

3. Description of the Services

DotzLink provides a technology platform designed to monitor, analyze, and generate alerts related to potential fraud risks, financial exploitation, and suspicious digital or financial activity, particularly for senior users.

DotzLink’s Services:

  • Provide early-warning signals and alerts;
  • Support prevention and awareness;
  • Do not guarantee the prevention of fraud or financial loss.

You acknowledge that fraudsters continuously evolve their methods and that no system can detect or prevent all fraudulent activity.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes;
  • Refrain from attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with security or monitoring mechanisms.

You shall not:

  • Access systems or data without authorization;
  • Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the Services;
  • Use the Services to harm, exploit, or impersonate others;
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt service availability.

DotzLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, algorithms, models, designs, trademarks, logos, content, and documentation, are owned by DotzLink or its licensors.

No rights are granted to you except the limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, platforms, or content.

DotzLink does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, security, or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOTZLINK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

DOTZLINK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • FRAUD WILL BE PREVENTED;
  • ALERTS WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE OR TIMELY;
  • THE SERVICES WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOTZLINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF FUNDS, PROFITS, DATA, OR REPUTATION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

DOTZLINK’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DotzLink, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

11. Privacy and Data Protection 

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is collected, processed, stored, and protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

13. Termination 

DotzLink may suspend or terminate access to the Services at its discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction  

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
